All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated. Refunds may be granted at the discretion of Arameta Inc. in certain circumstances, such as defective or damaged products, or if an item is not received.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The request is made within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards

Include your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant supporting documentation. Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at support@arameta.com with your order details.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
